Research On The Implementation Of Subsidy Policy For New Energy Vehicles

Since the 21st century,the world is facing global warming,there are serious situations of energy security and environmental pollution all over the world.How can I make the automobile industry realize sustainable development has become an urgent problem to be solved,In order to maintain the healthy development of China’s automobile industry,energy conservation and emission reduction has become the primary task of the automobile industry.In this context,the development of new energy vehicles(including pure electric,fuel cell vehicles)industry.It is not only an important choice for China’s automobile industry to catch up and seize the opportunity,but also to realize the reshaping reform of energy structure and get rid of the heavy dependence on fossil fuels.At the same time,giving full play to the advantages of coal and electricity energy and promoting the comprehensive utilization of coking by-products are also important industrial approaches for the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy and the construction of energy revolution,which has strong practical significance for the high-quality development of China’s economic transformation and upgrading.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part starts from how to understand the basic concept of new energy vehicles and discusses the relevant theoretical basis,We should directly grasp the definition of new energy vehicles,and make clear the scope of new energy vehicles in Shanxi and the policy basis for the definition,In order to better grasp the new energy vehicle industry policy to be discussed in this paper,at the same time,from the perspective of public management,the relationship between government intervention and market is discussed.The second part analyzes the reform of new energy vehicle industry policy and subsidy policy system from the perspective of the country and Shanxi Province.Through the analysis of the current industrial policy and the status quo of technology,to analyze the reasons and impact of the subsidy policy reform of new energy vehicles.The third part mainly analyzes the implementation effect of new energy vehicle subsidy policy in Shanxi Province,Including the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Shanxi Province,the improvement of the industrial chain,and the impact on the future development direction of new energy vehicles.This paper focuses on the promotion of new energy vehicles,the construction of charging infrastructure and the promotion of energy-saving vehicles in Shanxi province.The fourth part studies the problems existing in the implementation of the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.To the problems existing in the implementation of the subsidy policy,feasible subsidy policy is proposed,and several suggestions are put forward for the development of Shanxi new energy automobile industry in the future.Research on China’s new energy vehicle industry support policies,it is not only conducive to the rapid development of new energy vehicle industry,but also conducive to the healthy development of new energy vehicle industry.It also provides the basis for the development of new energy vehicle industry in the future.For Shanxi,an energy-rich province,The transformation and upgrading of economic structure is imminent.It is particularly important to make better use of the driving role of the automobile industry to achieve new breakthroughs in economic growth.Therefore,the research on the support policy of new energy vehicles in Shanxi Province can provide a good basis for the government in the future industrial policy formulation.
