| With the deepening of tunnel construction information management,It plays an increasingly important role in guiding construction for information technology in order to ensure safety and safety monitoring.As the condition of tunnel construction,there are a series of difficult problems such as complicated geologic bodies,many test items,long measuring period and complex abstract of monitoring data,which makes the current tunnel construction monitoring and measuring software more complicated than other applications because of its tedious operation steps,low level of automation and error-prone.Therefore,It is necessary to develop a dynamic construction monitoring information system for highway tunnel to unify the analysis and processing of monitoring measurement data to enhance the tunnel construction information management level.Firstly,It is discussed the research on the dynamic construction monitoring information system of highway tunnels based on the analysis of the status in this paper,and is introduced the main monitoring and measuring techniques with the solution of the key problems.It is designed a set of monitoring quantity in order to test the project’s software for a highway tunnel undertaken by ZTAC Telecommunication Engineering Group Co.The equipment selection of vibrating wire sensor,IP network camera,NVR network DVR,multiple acquisition terminal,semiconductor laser and embedded development board that make up the construction monitoring information system have been completed.However,it is introduced the system workflow analysis and system functional requirements.Moreover it has been completed analyzes and constructs the components and components of dynamic construction monitoring information system of highway tunnel briefly.Secondly,It is introduced the laser spot central adaptive threshold location algorithm,laser spot uniform energy lens blending algorithm,digital image correlation method and digital image correlation sub-pixel processing algorithm,and are designed for tunnel construction monitoring information system,and the algorithm is simulated by computer simulation.It is made detailed design of each software module of dynamic construction monitoring information system for highway tunnel.However,It is completed the specific design work such as collection and entry module,early warning setting module,network circulation approval module,file collection module,unified identity authentication module design and early warning information module,Achieved the tense chart,regression analysis,deformation forecasting,analysis and prediction expert database and other functions,etc...and it is given some of the software code including the detailed design of each software,module of dynamic construction,monitoring information system of highway tunnel.and it is described in detail.Thirdly,It is completed the specific design work including designing the cross-section parameter table,sensor layout table,sensor parameter table of backstage database of dynamic construction monitoring information system of highway tunnel based on SQL Server 2012 database,Collecting record sheet.It is completed such as the engineering application of dynamic construction monitoring information system of highway tunnel.It is showed the engineering application results that the function modules of the system software are normal,and is given feedback analysis to the abnormal situation and give the solution,which was completely adapted to the monitoring quantity of highway tunnel Measurement. |
