With the expansion of the power market and the rapid development of the power industry,the power plant,as a typical asset-dense enterprise with equipment as its core,has been expanding its capacity of various systems and units within its power plants.As a result,the number and types of equipment in various power plants are constantly increasing,More and more device data needs to be stored,transferred,queried,analyzed and managed.In the process of promoting digitalization and automation management in power plants,there are problems such as incomplete informationization and isolated management mode among various departments.Constructing an information management system integrating digitalization,informationization and intelligence has become an urgent need for the development of modern power plants.In response to these key issues,this paper designs and develops a device-oriented integrated power plant information management system.The research on integration,data visualization,equipment asset management and real-time monitoring and alarming of a large variety of power plant equipment and its operation and maintenance data is carried out.Using the backend system based on the Spring Boot microservice architecture and integrating the relational/non-relational database with the real-time database of the SIS of the power plant,the integration and management functions of the heterogeneous device data are effectively integrated to achieve the information resource sharing;Solving plant data visualization problems with web front-end visualization components and WebGL.This system is oriented to whole life cycle of power plant based on the operating data and service data,and implement data integration and virtualization.This article focuses on the analysis of the key technologies and solutions used in the system development process,And elaborated the concrete case.The system combines power plant equipment operation and maintenance data to achieve the integration of equipment data and visual management,effectively improve the power plant efficiency.
