With the Chinese government's attention to environmental pollution,especially in the air pollution,strict control of pollution is needed.The distributed energy is characterized by reasonable energy efficiency,small loss,less pollution,flexible operation,good system economy,and can meet the government's effective control of air pollution.Therefore,the government provides some policy support in the field of distributed energy.In order to strengthen the efficient use of energy,the local government put forward the policy: Local natural gas distributed energy project,only the system equipment comprehensive utilization efficiency more than 70% can obtain the government financial subsidies.For natural gas distributed energy projects,energy efficiency is one of the important indicators of project revenue.At present,there are mainly gas turbine generator sets and gas engine generator sets for natural gas distributed energy supply system.According to the characteristics of large amount of exhaust gas and large amount of steam generated from waste heat recovery of gas turbine generator set,it is suitable for enterprises or industrial parks with larger steam load.In the gas turbine industry,domestic and abroad in the performance of gas turbine engine is still a certain gap,but domestic turbine prices have obvious advantages,in order to improve the domestic energy burning machine in distributed energy system utilization,need to improve the system process and optimizing control strategy.In view of the above problems,through the analysis of different brands of gas turbine,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme for domestic gas turbine.Air preheating and deaerator system optimization is a more effective way,in addition to improving the production process,PID parameter of the control system of various strategies on the adjustment of the actual project,has reached the domestic in the gas turbine system improved the optimal energy utilization rate.
