With the increasingly prominent problems of energy crisis and environmental pollution,how to effectively reduce the energy consumption of ship and improve the economy of ship operation has become the key to the high quality development of shipping industry.Clean energy powered ship composed of fuel cell/lithium battery is one of the important ways to solve such problems,which has become the focus of shipping industry in recent years.However,due to the limitation and influence of ship capacity,power source characteristics and navigation environment,the endurance of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship is relatively limited.Therefore,the research on the optimization of energy efficiency of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship is of great significance for improving ship’s endurance and economy.In this paper,the fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship is selected as the research object.The main influencing factors of the efficiency of ship energy efficiency are analyzed,and the monitoring system of ship energy efficiency is designed,the energy efficiency simulation model of the target ship is established,and the optimization method of ship energy efficiency considering the influence of many factors is studied.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Design of energy efficiency monitoring system of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship.According to the characteristics of the target ship,the research on the analysis of ship energy efficiency monitoring data requirements are conducted,with the combination of design principles of the ship energy efficiency monitoring system,the ship energy efficiency monitoring equipment and sensors are selected,the monitoring system of ship energy efficiency is developed.At last,carry out and commissioning the installation of equipment on board.(2)Establish of a simulation model of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid energy efficiency,and research of the influence of navigational environmental factors on the energy efficiency of the ship.Based on Matlab/Simulink simulation modeling software,simulation models of fuel cell,lithium battery,DC-DC converter,ship hydrostatic resistance,ship navigation environmental resistance,ship motion and ship propeller simulation model are bulit respectively.Based on this,the energy efficiency simulation model of the target ship is established,and the influence of navigational elements on the energy efficiency of the ship is studied.(3)Research of the optimization method of energy efficiency of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship considering multiple factors.Aiming at the target ship’s hybrid system structure,a power allocation strategy based on fuzzy logic is used to optimize system energy flow.Based on this,taking the minimum total energy consumption of the system as the optimization goal,and considering multiple internal and external constraints,a non-linear model of ship speed optimization in view of multiple factors is established.The intelligent optimization algorithm of whale population is used to carry out the dynamic optimization of non-linear model for the speed of the ship,and a comparative analysis of energy efficiency optimization under different navigation methods and time constraints is performed.The research results of this paper explore the energy efficiency optimization method of fuel cell/lithium battery hybrid ship under the influence of multiple factors,which is beneficial to the optimization and improvement of ship energy efficiency and serves the ship’s intelligent and efficient navigation.
