Research On Fire Risk Assessment In DYK Painting Workshop

In the past ten years,the total output value of the automobile industry has been steadily increased in the proportion of the total industrial output value,which has a strong driving effect on the smooth operation of the economy,with the development of the automobile industry.The spray painting process,which is an important part of the automobile production,is also an important part of the car manufacturer's investment.The use of flammable and explosive chemicals such as paint and diluent in the workshop is very dangerous.The fire in the painting workshop will be a serious blow to the automobile factory,not only causing property losses,but also threatening the safety of employees.Based on the evaluation method of Dow chemical fire and explosion index,this method is used to evaluate the painting workshop of DYK,and a deep study is carried out on the basis of this method.It is found that the evaluation method of fire and explosion index of the Dow chemistry pays attention to the research on the safety measures of the production process and hardware,but lacks the evaluation of the operation state of the equipment and facilities,quality of the staff and the comprehensive safety management of the enterprise.In this paper,the factors that may lead to fire accidents in the painting workshop are analyzed by fish-bone diagram,and compared with the process unit items,the safety compensation measures in the chemical fire and explosion index evaluation method,the items which appear in the fish-bone diagram but not in the Dow chemical fire and explosion index are screened,the running state of equipment and facilities is supplemental evaluated,and the factors such as management and staff quality are supplemented.The questionnaire survey method is used to make a supplementary coefficient,and the comprehensive evaluation of the painting workshop is carried out.On this basis,the improvement measures are put forward so as to provide a theoretical reference for the control of the fire hidden trouble in the DYK painting workshop,at the same time provide a reference for other spraying workshop safety management.
