Automobile manufacturing enterprise's fueling areas have a great possibility of bringing about serious fire and explosion accident, and leading to losses of life and property. As a result, we should pay much more attention on safety management and risk control.According to some major automobile manufacturing enterprises and the relevant design and research institutes'survey results; we know that all the automobile manufacturing enterprises finish their vehicle refueling in final assembly workshop. The technological process of automobile manufacturing and product characteristics determine the necessity of fuel filling equipment's installing in assembly workshop. The safety of fuel filling equipment in the automobile manufacturing workshop is the guarantee of workshop, refueled vehicle and the staff who fill fuel for cars.The specification of design and constructions for gasoline stations is apply to the project design and construction of newly-built, expanded and rebuilt gasoline stations, LPG stations, compressed natural gas stations. The automobile manufacturing enterprises set up the gas station in the plant for convenience. So we constraint the gasoline station in the assembly workshop accordance with the specification requirements is wrong or we use the wrong specification.This thesis takes Shenyang Brilliance BMW plant for example, and analyzes the automobile assembly plant gasoline filling places to take safety demonstration. By analyzing the reliability of the working time of the fuel filling equipment, we can get unilateral confidence lower limit of the working time. And it takes the markov process in analyzing the detection system in order to calculate the reliability of the detection system in assembly workshop. What's more, by means of establishing of numerical model of liquid leakage, calculate the corresponding consequences.Based on the fire risk analyze and fire influencing factors, this thesis identify fire scenarios in accordance with the principle of the maximum possible. By using Pyrosim, it simulates the flue gas flow pattern of fire development process and measure the range of the fire smoke, temperature and gives the analysis of the influenced scope. Then this thesis gives suggestions and measures for the specification and fills the gaps of the gasoline station in the assembly workshop.
