Research On The Improvement Of Production Management Scheme In Painting Section Of L-Shipyard

In recent years,the shipping industry has entered a downturn affected by the global financial crisis,affected by the continued downturn in the shipping industry,the cold winter of the shipping industry continues.Although China's shipbuilding level and production efficiency have improved in recent years,it is still far from that of Japanese and Korean shipyards.In the whole process of ship manufacturing,ship painting construction,as one of the five major types of work in the process of ship construction,runs through the whole process of ship construction and plays a very important role in the process of ship construction.Therefore,improving the efficiency of ship painting construction and improving the management level of coating production process play a very important role in promoting the overall improvement of China's shipbuilding level.This paper mainly analyzes from the point of view of production management,aiming at the problems existing in the production management of L shipyard painting workshop,which is in an important position in China,puts forward the problems comprehensively through the related theories of lean production,abstracts the problems through questionnaire survey and index analysis,and analyzes and solves the key problems extracted.Thus,the improvement scheme which can improve the production management level of painting workshop in L shipyard is found out.The thesis is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and meaning,the research methods and technical routes are put forward;The second chapter is literature review and related theories,This paper introduces the research status of lean production at home and abroad,which expounds the related theories used in the research process of the paper;The third chapter is shipyard status and problems,on the basis of introducing the general situation of the enterprise and the present situation of the production management of the painting workshop,the problems faced in the production management process of the painting workshop are put forward in detail;In the fourth chapter,the problem analysis and key problem judgment are carried out,and the problems in the production management of painting workshop are analyzed and summarized in combination with the relevant theories of lean production and comprehensive index method;The fifth chapter is improvement schemes,this chapter puts forward the methods to solve the problem.The improvement measures put forward in this paper have targeted guiding significance for the production management improvement of painting workshop at the present stage,and the production efficiency of the workshop can be improved,which has the corresponding reference significance for the relevant departments of marine manufacturing enterprises.
