With the development of civil aviation transportation,"green transportation" has become the mainstream of today's society.Accurate prediction of fuel consumption will avoid the phenomenon of "oil firing oil",which can decrease the cost of the airline flight and pollutant emissions.Among the factors influencing fuel consumption,aerodynamic parameters and wind play a very important role,and because of remote distance cruise phase of the segment ratio is too large,so the cruise phase of aircraft quality changing influence on fuel consumption also nots allow to ignore.In the first part of this article,functional relations among aerodynamic parameters in the fuel consumption model in departure climbing phase were fitted in this study on the basis of an analysis of quick access recorder(QAR)actual flight data.And considering the influence of wind,climbing stage fuel consumption optimization model is established,combining with the traffic simulation model,the results show that,compared with QAR data,the accuracy of calculation results obtained by using the fitting method is 3.6% higher than that obtained by wind tunnel experiment.The accuracy of calculation results taking crosswind into account on the basis of fitting is 3.2% higher than that without crosswind,and the accuracy is 93.3%.And by using optimization model,comparison and analysis of conventional climb operation mode and continuous climb operation(CCO)mode of oil consumption,different take-off weight and climbing angles,differences among five aircraft models in fuel consumption were also determined.Then,aiming at the cruising stage,considering the wind,the influence of aircraft quality changing on fuel consumption was studied,and the influence of different Mach Numbers and flight heights on Specific Range(SR)was analyzed.The maximum range Mach number and optimal cruising altitude corresponding to different flight masses in the whole cruising stage were found.Finally,a simulation experimental platform for fuel consumption prediction of the whole flight segment from Qingdao departure to Shanghai hongqiao approach was established.By taking the flight plan information,the flight trajectory was simulated.In addition,the fuel consumption of the whole flight segment was finally simulated by adding the corresponding aircraft performance parameters of each model into the fuel consumption module,and the simulated fuel consumption was analyzed for the whole flight segment.In which that simulation result of each flight(climbing,cruise,and descend)are 93.3%,91.7%,90.1%.
