In order to ensure the good and stable performance of special missions such as spaceship and satellite,the data management system of electronic equipment is designed and researched in this paper,laying the groundwork for the detection technology in spacecrafts.Through one actual implementation case,the paper analyzes its technological advantages of data management system and bus application,builds a low-cost and high-efficient data management system,realizes the simulations of spacecrafts signal collection,control management and various communication functions to satisfy more and more complex data management requirements of electronic equipment for spacecrafts.According to the whole system requirement for rapid handling of large amount of data,the design adopts FPGA+ARM dual processors to perform system functions control;relevant functional units are embedded into system,such as data collecting,bus communication,power distribution control and telemetry acquisition etc.Data management system uses CAN bus as the main communication mode,and communicates with central computer,acquires the data from sensor and peripheral equipments via ARM.Compared to single CPU control,dual processor control has the good features of high collection accuracy,rapid data processing,synchronous measurement and real-time.As the main processor,ARM mainly performs the functions of whole system control,data analysis and data transmission etc,and the auxiliary processor of FPGA mainly performs the functions of bus communication expansion,analog parameter acquisition and storage expansion etc.On the premise of meeting performance specification requirements,performance stability and good EMC,the system is made to be small size,lightweight and low consumption as much as possible;as a result,it can better satisfy the requirements of measurement and control for spacecrafts.The FPGA logic design of the system employs VHDL hardware description language to implement each functional module function,and fully employs abundant software core in Libero development environment to implement high-precision measurement and operation stability of the whole system,configures different logic functions and controls timing functions of each interface by making use of FPGA reconfigurable function.CPU software utilizes C language to develop,develop environment uses Keil4,and debug serial port is utilized to monitor data and system operation status in test and debug process.By analyzing the results from testing and debugging,it shows that data management module designed in this paper satisfies the requirements.The characteristics of data management module including rapid response,stable system,high test precision and flexible debugging to provide a basis and reference for the future research work.
