Under the influence of the rapid growth of the socio-economic and urbanization process,the number and size of cars in cities are also continuously expanding,making traffic congestion the most important issue in the current urban road network.In particular,the problem of traffic jams at the intersections of roads and networks in urban areas is particularly prominent.Due to the constraints of natural geographical environment,the roads between the intersections of roads and networks in urban areas are often relatively few,resulting in traffic problems at the intersections of roads and networks in urban areas.And it's serious.This paper constructs a set of complete theoretical system of traffic congestion status identification and congestion relief in urban regional road network intersections to achieve accurate identification and management of traffic congestion status at urban regional road network intersections.Traffic congestion management at the mouth is conducive to the realization of transport facilities between cities and the realization of sustainable development between cities.Therefore,it has important research significance.This paper mainly explains and analyzes the formation mechanism and connotation of the traffic congestion dredging technology at the typical intersection point in the urban central area,and expounds the advantages of the sustainable development and traffic operation of the typical intersection point in the urban central area.In addition,this paper also analyzes the characteristics of urban road network,traffic travel characteristics and urban traffic flow characteristics,and analyzes the causes of traffic congestion in the typical intersection of urban central area by studying the characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution of traffic congestion and the particularity of traffic congestion.Based on the traffic characteristics of typical intersections in urban central area,the influence of urban road traffic flow on urban traffic state identification is analyzed.the most representative traffic flow parameters are selected to make identification model evaluation index,and the urban traffic state identification index system is constructed to determine the level of traffic state of typical intersections in urban central area.the traffic state identification algorithm model is constructed by combining BP neural network and artificial fish swarm algorithm.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the road network of typical intersections in urban central area,the paper explains the network channel of the group and the traffic guidance of the key nodes of the network.combined with the background of the traffic network of Tianjin main urban area,the paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of the traffic network of coastal and Hexi groups,and studies the traffic network problem between the typical intersections in urban central area by using the elastic adaptive artificial fish-neural network identification method,so as to do a good job in the traffic congestion guidance problem management of the typical intersections in urban central area,which can effectively reduce the traffic congestion problem between the typical intersections in urban central area and improve the typical intersections in urban central area.
