This paper mainly aimed at the multiple warheads and gravity tank under the environment of high speed pneumatic separation process was studied,with power capsule on loading of six rounds,for example,the design compression spring and the sleeve with the separation device,through the establishment of six CATIA software warhead and the separation of power capsule of physical model,through the establishment of two MBDyn software body dynamic model of separation.Through three different ways of warhead to unlock,respectively is six warhead,simultaneously unlock,in turn,in order to unlock,center symmetric two a group of unlock way,three ways to unlock multiple warheads and power capsule after the separation process of dynamic simulation and post-processing analysis of kinetic parameters,dynamic characteristics of three kinds of solutions.At the same time,it is assumed that the motion data in the dynamic model of twobody separation is recorded as the initial condition in the aerodynamic calculation under the condition of 58 km high altitude and the missile's flight speed is 4Ma.The physical model of six warheads and power bay is meshed by ICEM software,and the quality and smoothness of meshes are analyzed.According to mesh file,build six warhead by Fluent software and aerodynamic model of the power capsule,by means of Fluent software numerical iterative computed aerodynamic load,temperature,speed,pressure cloud cloud cloud image analysis,can get the pneumatic environment for multiple warheads and the effects of gravity tank separation results,and will get the aerodynamic model of the second iteration to six warhead in the dynamic model of the separation of the power capsule,get under the environment of high speed pneumatic,muti-warhead kinetic parameters in the process of separation with power capsule,and with no separation of kinetic parameters of the pneumatic environment,Finally,the influence of aerodynamic load on separation is analyzed.Based on the above two types of simulation,this paper can truly reflect the separation process of multiple warhead and power cabin in high-speed aerodynamic environment,and observe through the visualization function of MBDyn software,which has a good foundation for the subsequent research on technical dynamics and aerodynamics of multiple warhead.
