In the field of scientific research and aerospace,the problem of multi-body separation has been deeply concerned by scholars.Such problems usually have the characteristics of large relative displacement,large number of separation bodies,and severe aerodynamic impact.Whether the separation process can be successfully achieved will directly affect the flying attitude of the separated body,and may even affect the success or failure of the mission.Therefore,an aerial multi-body system composed of a supporting body,four cut shells and six warheads is taken as the research object,and a dynamic simulation of the multi-warhead throwing cover and separation process is carried out in this paper.This article uses 3D modeling Solid Works software to build a 3D physical model of a multi-body system consisting of a support,four shells,and six warheads.Then,MBDyn software is used to establish a multi-warhead throwing cover,multi-warhead synchronous separation and multi-warhead separation Kinetic model,and joint dynamics simulation is conducted with Simulink.The separation state is set to a height of 25 km,and the flying speed of the separation body is 1380m/s.Under the condition of ignoring gravity,the aerodynamic force of each physical model is calculated using empirical formulas and substituted into the dynamics simulation process.The dynamic characteristics of the hood process,the simultaneous separation process,and the sequential separation process are studied.Finally,this paper uses the open source computational fluid dynamics software Open FOAM to perform dynamic simulation calculations on a separation model consisting of two warheads and a support body.The dynamic simulation calculation of the separation process is completed by using its own mesh partitioning tool to divide the pneumatic mesh,write the dynamic mesh file and build the pneumatic model.The simulation results are presented in the form of cloud diagrams,and the aerodynamic characteristics of the flow field including pressure,velocity and temperature characteristics are analyzed during the separation of multiple warheads.At the same time,the kinetic characteristics of the separation process,including the aerodynamic force of the warhead during the separation process and the displacement of the warhead,are analyzed and compared with the kinetic data under the aerodynamic force calculated by simple pneumatic formula in MATLAB,to obtain quantitative data on the influence of the pneumatic load on the separation process,which can provide guidance for the separation of multi-body systems in engineering applications.
