| With the development of economy and society,the securityissues of drinking water have been paid close attention by people.The economically developed areas in the eastern China have widely implementedthepattern of urban-ruralintensivewater supply.Under this pattern,the water systemof townshipareas where small waterworks are scatteredwill be unified with the water supply of cities.Taking advantage of capital,technology and management of the large water company,the safety of drinking water in rural areas could be better ensured.This paperfocuses on the building of the information platform which is relatedto the optimization of water supply network operation and intelligent diagnosis under the urban-ruralintensivewater supplypattern.At present,the completeness,accuracy and standardization of various data in urban-ruralintensivewater supply enterprise are imperfect.In order to improve the situation,combined with the process of the FengXianwater supply network GIS construction,this paper focuses onthe data collection and standardization,quality controlling,valve operation as well as pipeline construction in water supply network GIS system.Concerning the characteristics of urban-ruralintensivewater supply,the functional design and the business applicationof water balance management and GIS in node-flux analysis are also involved.With the help of the on-line monitoring of the water supply network and the implementation of the scheduling system,the structure and implementation process of the on-line monitoring and scheduling system are analyzed.According to the pipeline distributioncharacteristics of urban-ruralintensivewater supply system,the layout principle of different pressure measuring pointcan bebuilt.To be specific,the option of different setting mode of eachmonitoring point depends on the different switch methods of township water plant.In addition to this,the paper also analyzes the construction and application of the on-line monitoring and scheduling system whose core is the SCADA system,dispatching WEB system,management system and the operation of scheduling system.Based on the established pipe network GIS and water quality online monitoring system,the dynamic hydraulic modelof network has been built and checked with the help of San Gao hydraulic dynamic simulation software.Based on the GIS water balance theoryand the business charge system,the updates of the hydraulic modelnode flow has been realized.According to the problems in the topological structure,implementation status,operation and management mode of the urban-ruralintensivewater supply network,this paper uses the network dynamic hydraulic simulation and model checking of the typical water supply conditions to putforward several waysof network diagnose in thelevel of network model application.The diagnosis of pipe network statehas been successfully realized,and the correlative strategy of the optimized operationhas also been raised. |
