With the development of smart grid technology,humans' expectations for power quality are getting higher and higher.They hope to reduce the expensive electricity price that caused by load consumption.Therefore,Demand Side Management becomes very important.Besides,with the increasing number of users in the smart grid system and the rapid growth of the power load demand,both users and various types of power equipment are bound to generate a huge amout of information.So,the research on wireless communication networks in smart grid systems is of great significance.In order to improve the throughput of the wireless communication network in the smart grid system,we use the cooperative communication and network coding.The main work is as follows:First,we study the problem of load scheduling and cost optimization in the smart grid system.In order to reduce the peak-to-average ratio of energy consumption,we consider three forms of load: consumption,storage and generation.Then,the minimized maximum energy load scheduling problem with peak-to-average ratio limitation is expressed as a mixed integer linear programming problem and solved directly by CPLEX.In order to solve the cost optimization problem,we transform a complex fair cost optimization problem into a nonlinear one.Through the convex hull relaxation technique,the nonlinear problem is transformed into a linear one,and an approximate solution is obtained by using CPLEX.Then,the simulation experiment verifies that the proposed demand side management method not only achieves fair load scheduling,but also optimizes fair cost.Secondly,in order to study the rate optimization problem of the multi-hop smart grid system,we consider the joint optimization problem of relay node allocation and flow route planning in wireless multi-hop network.By combining cooperative communication with network coding technology,a wireless multi-hop network rate optimization problem is constructed from the aspects of relay node role analysis,flow route planning and link rate constraint.Then,a mixed interger linear programming problem is directly solved by CPLEX,so as to obtain the optimal solution.Finally,according to the simulation results,it can be concluded that the application of cooperative communication and network coding technology in the multi-hop wireless network of smart grid system can achieve significant rate gain,thus improving the throughput of the whole network.
