Analysis On The Development Of Operation Mode Of High-speed Railway Express

With the rapid development of the tertiary industry,such as online shopping,e-commerce and so on,the rapid growth of demand for fast freight and high value-added transport will promote the development of the railway and bring opportunities and challenges to the railway.Consumers can choose express delivery through high-speed rail,railway departments can also promote profit growth through express delivery.However,high-speed rail express is still in its infancy,and its technical links are not complete and service network is not perfect,leading to the competitive advantage is not obvious and the "door-to-door" service system is not perfect.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the railway departments to establish multi-channel service chain and enhance the competitiveness of the railway express market to study the related issues of freight organization and operation mode of high-speed rail express.With this as the point of view,this paper studies and explores the freight organization methods and operation modes of high-speed rail express delivery in China from the following aspects through the current situation investigation,experience reference and summary,hoping to help solve the new problems faced by railway freight transport in the new era and new situation.First of all,what are the competitive advantages of high-speed rail express and high-speed rail express? Detailed interpretation of the basic structure of express freight organization and its operation mode,as well as the mutual promotion and mutual influence between the two.Through the analysis of the development status of domestic high-speed rail express,combined with its opportunities and challenges,pointed out the development bottleneck of high-speed rail express at this stage.Secondly,the characteristics of high-speed rail express freight organization are analyzed.According to the basic content of freight organization and from the point of view of facilities and equipment,this paper discusses four feasible freight organization forms of high-speed rail express and their requirements for vehicle equipment,assembly unit equipment,station facilities and information equipment,and analyzes the high-speed rail from the service function point of view,according to the requirements of "door-to-door" transportation and integrated management.Express should have the core business functions and extended business functions,and the transport,pick-up and delivery,packaging and other major links of the specific operation process.Thirdly,the three self-organizing,agent cooperation and strategic alliance operation modes are compared and analyzed in terms of advantages and disadvantages,cooperation methods,cooperation relationships and scope of application.After scientific analysis and discussion,among the three operational modes that have been developed,the indicators affecting the three high-speed rail express operation modes are divided into four categories and 13 evaluation indicators,such as the resource allocation in the process of high-speed rail express cargo transportation.The problem,the indicators of the goods in the operation process within the region,the qualitative indicators are quantified and normalized with the quantitative indicators to ensure the reliability of the weight.Then analyze the operation mode of the railway high-speed rail express.When using the grey correlation method,the classical grey relational method is improved considering the weight attribute and the enterprise operation requirement,and the accuracy and feasibility of the model are verified by calculation.Finally,based on the previous conclusions,the focus is on the selection of agents in the agent collaboration model.Firstly,it analyzes the cooperative operation plan of high-speed rail express business agency,then introduces the standards and processes of agent selection,and finally studies the customization of logistics service plan of third-party logistics enterprises.
