With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market,the same products tend to be homogeneous in terms of performance,price and appearance.Consumers pay more attention to product brand,corporate image,service level and other product added value,so that services become the main players in the competition.Service has become an important part of enterprise to enhance user experience and enhance core competitiveness.Maintenance service is an important part of the after-sales process.Whether the service provider can quickly locate the fault location and causes after the vehicle failure is critical for the owners,especially the owners of commercial vehicles,to reduce losses.When service providers encounter troubles that are difficult to solve,they can only rely on manual experience to eliminate all possible causes of the troubles,and can’t make use of the successful maintenance experience of other service providers,resulting in the phenomenon that knowledge can’t be shared and knowledge wasted.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper studies and implements the construction of vehicle fault knowledge graph and the reason recommendation.At present,the collaborative cloud platform of the automobile industry chain stores data generated by thousands of enterprises upstream and downstream,including vehicle birth files,sales files,spare parts files and maintenance files,and generates TB-scale data.The vehicle fault knowledge is stored in the data space in the form of maintenance cases,including various structured and unstructured data,such as text,graphics and images.It is difficult to store and analyze these vehicle fault texts effectively,and to excavate the huge value hidden in the text data.In order to realize the retrieval and analysis of vehicle fault text,the application of manufacturing large data analysis technology in the field of vehicle fault is promoted.This paper mainly analyses the vehicle fault data,constructs the vehicle fault knowledge graph and fuses it with the classification algorithm to realize the fault reason recommendation.Vehicle fault knowl edge graph can not only search,update,share and infer fault knowledge,but also realize knowledge visualization.Finally,the construction and application system of vehicle fault knowledge graph is designed and implemented.The system integrates the modules of visualization,search and management of fault knowledge graph,and implements the application of reason recommendation based on fault knowledge graph.
