DMV company is a traditional manufacturing enterprise.Knowledge management has always been a weak link in management.Knowledge management problems such as knowledge loss and difficulty in knowledge reuse have affected the company’s business development.With the start of the company’s strategic transformation,the requirements for R& D ability and innovation ability are higher and higher.The company needs to improve its knowledge management ability to provide power for the company’s innovation and development.The main business of DMV company is the production and sales of marine valves.Over the years,it has accumulated a lot of explicit and implicit knowledge,but it has not been organized and used systematically.There have been problems such as confusion in knowledge storage and difficulty in knowledge reuse.In recent years,the company’s products are developing towards customization,and the demand for knowledge reuse efficiency and knowledge innovation ability is increasingly urgent,It is necessary for the company to establish a complete knowledge management solution to improve its knowledge management ability.In this paper,DMV company knowledge management issues in-depth study,analysis of the current situation,the use of knowledge map,balanced scorecard and other technical tools,combined with the company’s organizational structure and business processes,put forward a set of knowledge map based knowledge management solutions.Firstly,according to the chart layer,description layer and resource layer,the architecture design of knowledge map system based on business process is designed,and then the construction of knowledge map system module is completed step by step in order to realize the overall management of knowledge.At the same time,it solves the specific knowledge management problems of the company,including building knowledge association module to solve the problem of knowledge isolation;The knowledge description and link module is constructed to improve the knowledge classification;The knowledge interface and knowledge base module are constructed to standardize the knowledge storage;Knowledge location is realized by knowledge map;The balanced scorecard is used to evaluate the knowledge performance.Based on the enterprise knowledge map,this paper proposes a solution to the knowledge management problems of DMV company,such as knowledge isolation,knowledge fragmentation,knowledge disorder,knowledge positioning and knowledge performance evaluation.In order to promote the implementation of DMV company’s knowledge management improvement program,this paper also puts forward the corresponding incentive mechanism;The quantitative incentive of knowledge input solves the problem of a large number of explicit knowledge storage,and helps enterprises accumulate knowledge quickly;Expert consultation incentive and Q & a quantitative incentive can promote the sharing and transformation of tacit knowledge,and accelerate the mining speed of tacit knowledge.
