A Study On The Regional Elements Of Urban Center Of Rail Transit And Adjacent Areas

With the rapid expansion of Chinese cities,urban rail transit has entered a period of rapid construction.Urban rail transit is the large capacity of public transport,can quickly gather and evacuate people,for the guidance of urban spatial structure has an important role,is generally the development of site area and promote to influence the spatial pattern of the city,especially the type of rail transit center site areas have important influence on the development of the city.Scientific planning and construction of rail transit central station can not only improve the capacity and transport efficiency of the entire urban public transport network,but also enhance the urban functional value of the station area and even guide the rational urban development layout in the future.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the planning elements of the rail transit central station area.-in this paper,from an empirical perspective,with "node" theory as the main theoretical guidance,in shenzhen city rail transit center site area as a case,the type of urban rail transit center site area planning elements,build rail transit center site area planning elements set,to explore the planning elements and the influence of the site area layout,as well as the relationship between the plan elements:First of all,to the existing type of urban rail transit center site area planning elements relevant literature research and theory,summarized the research about rail transit site region,combining with site area of rail transit center type questionnaire survey,interviews and other research achievements,a set for rail transit center type site area planning elements;Secondly,nine mature rail transit central station regions in shenzhen were selected as the research object of this paper,relevant data of planning elements were collected,qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out,and the relationship between station development and planning elements in site areas was explored from the perspectives of station areas and elements:From the perspective of site area,the "node-site" model of the central site area is analyzed to obtain the development status of site area,summarize the land layout pattern of site area,and explore the relationship between the development status of site area and the land layout pattern of site area.From the element level,the correlation analysis between planning elements to get correlation between planning elements,and detail,plan elements for further analysis of correlation of interpretation model is used to study the effect of planning elements between relationship and the impact on the site area planning elements,it is concluded that the site areas most affected by planning elements(referred to as "core factors")in this paper,with the reference sequence of the elements between the elements and the rest of the grey correlation analysis,get the rest of the elements and reference of correlation degree;Through the analysis of the above two aspects research of shenzhen urban rail transit center type site area planning factors impact on the development of the site,as well as in the shortcomings existing in the planning and construction,and on the future of shenzhen urban rail transit center type type site area of the planning and construction to provide relevant advice,also for other domestic urban rail transit center to provide related to the construction site area.
