Urban rail transit site as an important node,gather and evacuation passengers in urban rail operation play an important role in the process.However,urban rail traffic safety situation is not optimistic.Investigate its reason,can be summarized as the following: the first is in city rail site safety investment and benefit of relevant theoretical knowledge is absent;the second is the site for safety investment is,unreasonable safety investment structure;the third is unable to realize the safety investment produce huge benefits.To solve above problems,in this paper,the urban rail transit site accident characteristics and to study the relationship between safety investment and safety benefit,established the urban rail transit site safety investment structure optimization model and quantitative model of safety economic benefit.First of all,analyze the main types and characteristic of urban rail traffic accident,and the constituent elements of urban rail transit sites and factors affecting the safety of the study.Secondly based on the urban rail transit site safety investment and safety benefit two aspects of research,analysis of the internal relations between the two,and elaborates the method for the measurement of the safe and economic benefit.According to the applicability of the Cobb-Douglas production function and combining with the urban rail traffic accident loss characteristics of urban rail transit site safety investment optimization model is set up,calculate the urban rail transit site in the labor insurance supplies,industrial hygiene,safety technology,publicity and education,as well as ancillary facilities in five aspects of safety investment structure.At the same time,according to the safety investment "loss" and "value-added" function,and the safety of the combination of the above mentioned economic efficiency measurement method,model of urban rail transit site safety investment benefits.Finally,according to the establishment of the urban rail transit safety investment optimization model and the econometric model of safety and economic benefits.Combined with specific site verification,the model is solved by Matlab software.And through the analysis of the safety and economic benefits of the site,we can see that the benefits of the security investment is huge,and the value-added output of the security investment is usually higher than the output of the impairment.Therefore,it is proved that the model is practical and correct,and it has certain guiding significance for the safe operation of urban rail transit station.
