As the domestic traffic volume continues to increase,the existing asphalt pavement diseases continue to worsen,causing great damage to China’s road traffic.In order to solve the existing problem,polymer modified asphalt such as SBS has been widely used,which has alleviated the disease phenomenon of asphalt pavement to some extent.But with the increase of service life,the polymer modified asphalt has many problems such as oxidative degradation,performance degradation and so on.Therefore,in order to solve the defect that the asphalt pavement cannot withstand the combined effects of climate and load for a long time,this study used a chemical modifier to compound the matrix asphalt and developed a chemical reactive composite modified asphalt.The main work carried out in this study is as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing relevant literatures at home and abroad,three kinds of asphalt chemical modifiers were reasonably selected:SEBS-GMA,PPA and DOM.By introducing the gray correlation degree comprehensive evaluation method into the response surface test design,an improved response surface design method is proposed,and the formulation of chemically reactive composite modified asphalt(RET)was developed by this method : 5.5%SEBSGMA+0.65%PPA+1.6%DOM.(2)Combined with different environmental requirements,the dynamic shear rheological properties and bending creep stiffness of the self-developed chemical reactive composite modified asphalt were studied.Compared with the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,it is verified that the chemically reactive composite modified asphalt has excellent rheological properties and viscoelastic properties,mainly in outstanding high temperature deformation resistance,medium temperature fatigue resistance,low temperature resistance to cracking and resistance.Aging performance.At the same time,the chemical modification mechanism of RET modified asphalt was theoretically analyzed from the molecular chemical layer.The modification effect of each modifier on matrix asphalt was clarified(3)Considering the subtropical monsoon climate characteristics,0.3% anti-stripping agent was added on the basis of RET modified asphalt mixture(referred to as RETS modified asphalt mixture),and three kinds of skeleton dense grading modified asphalt mixture such as SBS,RET and RETS were carried out.The road performance comparison study focused on the high temperature antirutting of the three asphalt mixtures,low temperature resistance to cracking,water damage and fatigue resistance.The test verified that the chemical reaction type composite modified asphalt has excellent road use.performance.At the same time,through economic analysis,it is concluded that the RET modified asphalt mixture road material has high cost performance and broad application prospects.
