Research On The Functional Diversity Of The Space Environment Of Imperial Gardens In The Northern Song Dynasty

The Northern Song Dynasty was an era of economic prosperity,cultural prosperity and social stability.In this context,traditional garden gardening has made great progress.Northern Song Dynasty landscape gardening art in Chinese gardening history has played a role,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and inherited the poetry of the Sui dynasty and tang dynasties landscape and humanities elegant demeanour,at the same time the ring of gardening technology and the advanced concept of landscape also affected at the same time,the garden in the Liao regime,the Western Xia regime also inherited by later generations of Sui dynasty,painted on the history of Chinese traditional garden art a part.At present,domestic researches on gardens in the Northern Song Dynasty mainly focus on garden art,gardening techniques,recreational activities,and the relationship between gardens and calligraphy and painting,etc.,and relatively few researches focus on the functional diversity of imperial gardens.This paper focuses on the study of JinMingchi,the most representative imperial garden in the Northern Song Dynasty,and presents the evolution process of the spatial environment and functional diversity of Kaifeng imperial garden in the Northern Song Dynasty in a more comprehensive way,so as to evaluate the value of the northern song garden art in the Chinese classical garden art more pertinently.Firstly,from the perspective of historical continuity,this paper discusses the evolvement characteristics and changes of spatial form and functional diversity in various periods and types of gardens in traditional Chinese gardens,as well as the cross relationship between the two.Based on this,explores the urban structure,the wall system in Kaifeng city,street layout,and natural environment,river system evolution characteristics associated with the evolution of landscape city,and expounds the system composition,in Kaifeng city royal garden landscape scale,layout,and aiming at the typical imperial gardens of the space environment,landscape features and function diversity;For JinMingchi further,for example,through the historical textual research,literature and calligraphy,space layout,functional division,landscape elements into the aspects of research results about the space environment and function of landscape diversity has carried on the detailed textual research and analysis,summed up the JinMingchi space form and the characteristics of the environment and function diversity and provide theoretical basis for JinMingchi garden space recovery after;Finally,through literature research,image research,digital restoration and other technical methods,the restoration of JinMingchi was studied from three aspects,including plane,architecture and landscape elements,so as to have a relatively objective understanding and understanding of the functional diversity of the spatial environment of JinMingchi in the Northern Song Dynasty.Through the restoration research on the spatial environment and functional diversity of JinMingchi,this paper not only makes a textual supplement to the theory of traditional Chinese gardens,but also provides a reference for the archaize garden design method and the innovation and expansion of the current garden design.
