With the development of social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,countries around the world are facing serious traffic congestion,environmental pollution and frequent accidents,which causing huge loss to economic and social development.The development and application of intelligent transportation has greatly eased the contradiction between people,vehicles and roads.Major countries in the world have invested heavily in investing in and developing intelligent transportation systems.Science and technology and market policies have promoted industrial applications and become a typical case of artificial intelligence success.Patent is the embodiment of transforming new ideas into practical technology.It is the wisdom of human technology innovation.Quantitative technology research methods such as data mining can reduce the dependence on experts,and at the same time,it is more concise and efficient in implementation.Intelligent transportation is a complex technical system involving numerous sub-fields and trivial technical details.It is difficult to directly relate to the application scenario and the domain according to the IPC patent classification code analysis,and the obtained technology evolution process is too extensive.Therefore,this paper proposes a combined analysis method for analyzing the evolution process of higher integration degree and complexity technology.Compared with the evolution analysis method based on citations and co-occurrences of literatures and patents,it can be better correlated with semantics and more targeted mining evolution process.Firstly,it is divided by LDA topic model based on clustering results and more application layer.For a number of technical topics,combined with the time series,the association rules mining of technical topics are carried out,and the technological evolution of intelligent transportation is explored from the perspective of technology integration.This paper is divided into four parts: theoretical review,data overview,topic recognition and fusion analysis,corresponding to the four chapters of the thesis.The review section discusses the domestic and international literature on the evolution of technology and the development of intelligent transportation,and further makes its own comments.The next step is to determine the source of data and formulate the search strategy for patents in the field of intelligent transportation.According to the characteristics of patent texts,Constructing an LDA topic model based on semantic clustering to divide patents in the field of intelligent transportation into five technical topics,namely material synthesis and processing preparation,road traffic control and measurement,path planning and environment awareness,and communication system And information management" and "vehicle control and signal transmission",and each patent is clustered "tag";for each patent IPC patent number for each topic,from 1970 to 2018,the patents in the field of intelligent transportation are divided The association rule model is constructed in 10 stages to analyze the technological evolution process of each topic.The evolution process of material synthesis and processing preparation topics is semiconductor,circuit cable →plastic material →polymer material;road traffic and metrology theme technology evolution process is plastic material application →Navigation and control;path planning and environment awareness topics The process of technological evolution is control → navigation,data processing → vehicle hardware,hybrid vehicle control;communication system and information management theme technology evolution process is measurement survey navigation → traffic control system → wireless communication network;vehicle control and signal transmission theme technology evolution process It is the navigation,traffic control system →vehicle power or transmission →the vehicle subsystem joint control.It summarizes the evolution characteristics,that is,the material is the cornerstone of control,navigation and information communication.Navigation,model demonstration and traffic control are widely used,networked and Joint control is the direction of current evolution.
