With artificial intelligence technology and computer aided design technology applied in the field of manufacturing in the countries all over the world,more and more get the favour of enterprise and research depth deepens unceasingly,give priority to with design personnel experience combined with manufacturing drawings design way,already cannot adapt to today's technology development trend and meet the needs of enterprise manufacturing technology for advanced intelligence.In response to a national "made in China 2025" plan,this article in view of the Marine diesel engine is currently in the process of the assembly process design,enterprise past production experience,using the low degree of process design cycle is long,the new product research and development ability weak,how from the data mining technology and artificial intelligence technology and the integration of assembly process design point of view to carry out the research work,and help enterprises to transform in the direction of intelligent manufacturing,improve enterprise competitiveness in the industry.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Take the assembly process files accumulated in the past production and manufacturing of the enterprise as a unified data source for intelligent design of structured assembly process,and carry out research on mining association rules of Marine diesel engine assembly process design.Based on the induction and analysis of the assembly process documents and data processing,the Apriori algorithm is used to mine the association rules and establish the assembly rule library,which provides important support for the standardization of assembly process design and the subsequent intelligent design of assembly process.(2)In order to solve the problems of long process design cycle,insufficient process information management and slow output rate of process documents,an intelligent decision-making scheme for assembly process based on BP neural network algorithm was proposed.On the basis of analyzing and classifying the assembly process documents and processing the data,the assembly process training set which can be used to complete the neural network self-learning process is formed.The research work of Marine diesel engine assembly process hierarchy model construction technology is carried out,and it is combined with the BP neural network to realize the intelligent design of assembly process.(3)Through the study of virtual simulation assembly technology and the combination of simulation software,the assembly process plan simulation work is carried out,and the simulation results are visualized.Through the study of integration technology,the assembly process design-simulation-optimization loop is formed,and the assembly process plan feedback optimization is realized.(4)On the basis of the previous key technology research,the intelligent design system of structured assembly process for Marine diesel engine is developed according to the actual assembly status of the enterprise,which can shorten the design period of assembly process and ensure the reliability of the assembly process.The feasibility of the system is verified by taking Marine diesel engine as an example.
