High-temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTR)has excellent security and thermal efficiency,thus it is one of the most popular candidate reactors for the fourth-generation reactors.The Primary Helium Circulator is one of the core components of the hightemperature gas-cooled reactor.It is responsible for driving the helium gas to circulate in the loop and bring heat out of the reactor core.In order to avoid lubricating grease contaminating the high-purity helium in the primary loop of the reactor and improve the reliability and life of the Primary Helium Circulator,the electromagnetic bearing is considered to be the best supporting method for the Primary Helium Circulator of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor.The control parameters of the electromagnetic bearing need to be set and adjusted on site according to the operating conditions.The parameter information needs to be stored in the real-time controller of the magnetic bearing.At the same time,the status information of the electromagnetic bearing needs to be sent to the operating personnel for understanding the operation of the unit.Usually,these functions are implemented using wired communication,which has the disadvantages of difficulty in wiring,poor scalability,and others.With the development and maturation of industrial wireless network technology,there are advantages in these areas and new possibilities are provided.Based on the mainstream industrial wireless network technology,this dissertation designs and implements the electromagnetic testing and monitoring system based on industrial wireless network.Zigbee technology is a kind of widely used industrial wireless network technology,which has the characteristics of low cost,low energy consumption,large scale of networking,etc.These characteristics are more in line with the requirements for use in active magnetic bearing systems.This dissertation firstly carried out the feasibility study of Zigbee technology applied to the electromagnetic bearing system,designed and implemented the communication program based on Zigbee technology,and measured the Zigbee communication bandwidth and communication distance and other parameters.The security problem is an important issue that must be considered in the application of industrial wireless networks.Malicious attacks and other security issues seriously threaten the information security of industrial wireless networks.Jamming attack is one of the most harmful attacks and has numerous kinds of related researches and countermeasures.This dissertation has carried on the research to the security of the industrial wireless network,imitated some kind of Jamming attacks and corresponding detection and defense countermeasures,and provided the reference plan for ensuring the network security when the wireless network is applied in the system.Based on the above work,this article has completed the design of an active magnetic bearing experimental bench testing and monitoring system based on industrial wireless networks.According to the functional requirements and the system architecture,a module including some hardware devices,control programs,and communication protocols was designed and implemented.The security requirements were taken into account in the design of communication programs to defend typical attacks such as Jamming.Based on this system,the testing and monitoring functions based on industrial wireless networks were implemented on an experimental bench of electromagnetic bearing.The experimental results show that the industrial wireless network can be used in the active magnetic bearing system,and could guarantee the security of the network communication to some extent,and has the potential for further application in the nuclear power system.
