| In recent years,new energy vehicles have moved into the lives of people.The power supply system is the core part of the new energy vehicle which is related to mileage and safety,and is one of the important guarantees of the safety of the whole vehicle.Water inflow of the battery system will cause short circuit of the battery pack to ignite,resulting in combustion of the whole vehicle and the personal safety of passengers.In 2017,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China put forward requirements on the protection grade of the power supply system of new energy vehicles in.This thesis studies and discusses the relationship between air tightness detection and water sinking detection and the theoretical basis of air tightness detection instead of water sinking detection.According to the basic principle and key indexes of air tightness detection by the differential pressure method,according to the methods of other industries,the type test of IP68 airtight detection and temperature and the volume of the tested parts shall be carried out under the principle of advanced technology,economy and rationality,and the key technical parameters of air tightness detection shall be counted and screened out.The research results have practical reference significance for the design scheme of IP68 power supply system,and can be used in the IP68 protection level detection of the power supply system of new energy battery plant and the routine inspection and maintenance of IP68 protection level of the power supply system of new energy passenger vehicles,commercial vehicles and logistics vehicles. |
