Under the environment of serious environmental pollution and extreme shortage of resources in the world,the development of new energy-saving construction machinery with high efficiency and low emission has gradually become an important research content in China’s and even the world’s construction machinery industry.Based on the research status of construction machinery at home and abroad,Considering the low power density of a single power battery,it can not meet the demand of high-power working conditions of construction machinery,at present,the combination of batteries and supercapacitors is considered to form a composite power supply to meet the needs of construction machinery operation,and current test platform mostly use a single energy source.Therefore,the research and development of the test platform for energy management system of composite power supply of the construction machinery in this paper can provide certain guiding significance for the development of composite power supply applied to construction machinery.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Considering the analysis of typical working condition of construction machinery and the functional requirement analysis of test platform,formulate the overall structure scheme of the test platform,and research the topological structure of the composite power supply system and the loading scheme of the test platform.Then according to the structure scheme of the test platform,the hardware part of the test platform is selected and matched to complete the construction of the test platform.Then the PC control software of the test platform is developed under the development environment of LabVIEW virtual instrument,the data communication between industrial computer and lower computer such as bidirectional DC/DC converter,motor performance analyzer and digital electric parameter measuring instrument is established.The dynamometer loading control and charge and discharge control of the composite power supply test platform of construction machinery are realized,and the energy management of the composite power supply is realized.Finally,the system joint debugging is carried out to realize the simulated loading input under different working conditions and the energy management of the composite power supply under this working condition.Through the simulation loading test of external power loader and the composite power supply loading test based on super capacitor on the test platform,it is verified that the test platform of the energy management system of the composite power supply for construction machinery can realize the simulation loading input of the test platform and the energy management of the composite power supply,which can be used for the research of the energy management strategy of the composite power supply,and for the development of new energysaving construction machinery.Provide a reliable research platform.
