With the rapid development of modern economy and the continuous progress of urbanization,in recent years,the number of high-rise buildings continues to increase.In daily life and work,more and more people need to take the elevator.The elevator,as a convenient and fast means of transportation in medium and high-rise buildings,can meet people’s daily needs.Elevators for vertical work have been widely used.With the development of economy,the quality of people’s life has been improved,which puts forward higher requirements of elevators’ better service.In order to optimize the service capacity of elevators in medium and high-rise buildings,we need to install several elevators in a building.How can we make effective control of multiple elevators? Elevator Group Control System(EGCS)is designed to solve the problem,and it has also become a heated issue receiving increasing attention.In this paper,the programmable logic controller(PLC)technology of Mitsubishi FX series is mainly used to give a systematic and detailed explanation of group control elevator.Firstly,it analyzes the significance of group control elevator research and the development status and process of group control elevator at home and abroad.Then it introduces the contents of Mitsubishi FX series PLC,including the basic units,structures and working principles.Nowadays,energy is decreasing day by day.How to make the elevator save energy more effectively is a topic that many elevator manufacturers and research enthusiasts pay close attention to.For the elevator group control system,the optimal scheduling method is the key to reduce energy consumption.Although the current scheduling methods in the market have been improved,such as fuzzy control technology,ant colony algorithm,expert control system and a series of advanced elevator group control algorithms,these elevator group control algorithms improve the efficiency of the system by reducing the number of stops and passengers’ waiting time for elevator as much as possible,just indirectly saving energy.It doesn’t solve how to achieve energy conservation fundamentally,so elevator energy consumption is still the key to building energy consumption.Aiming at this problem,this paper uses the existing group control algorithm,takes the master station and slave station of the group control elevator as the design object,and improves them.The energy loss of the system is optimized comprehensively.At the same time,Mitsubishi FX series PLC is used as the main station to control the dispatch of the group control elevator on the upper computer.The vertical movement of each elevator is controlled by its own PLC,and the industrial bus CC-Link is a communication link between multiple PLC.This control structure can effectively improve the efficiency of elevator operation and save energy.It has strong feasibility and improves the overall performance of group control elevators.
