The application of phase change materials(PCM)in the field of building energy conservation is a hot issue.The phase change energy storage materials are incorporated into the building materials,which effectively improves the thermal comfort of the building interior.Combining phase change materials with floor heating systems can increase energy efficiency and improve thermal comfort.The electric heating floor radiant heating method not only can effectively save energy,but also has low initial investment,convenient heating and can effectively reduce the temperature fluctuation inside the house,improve the thermal comfort inside the house,and transfer the peak load of electric power to the off-peak period,thereby reducing the electric energy consumption.In order to achieve the advantages of building energy conservation,it is the preferred indoor heating in the future.However,electric energy is a high-grade energy source.It is uneconomical to use it as a heat source.However,when the phase change material is combined with the floor heating system,the phase change material of the system will store the "low valley electricity" in the form of heat in the middle of the night.In order to achieve the goal of “shaving peaks and filling valleys”,a large number of studies have shown that phase change materials can significantly increase the heat of buildings and reduce energy consumption compared with traditional building materials.Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted research and analysis to assess their applicability,reduce the effectiveness of building temperature fluctuations,and actual economic benefits.Based on a large number of researches at home and abroad,this paper establishes a phase change floor heating system,and simplifies the model analysis of the floor heating system into a two-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model.The model is simulated with ANSYS FlUENT 19.0,and the PCM is analyzed and calculated.The combined effects of different decorative layers,different PCM thicknesses andheating power on the phase change floor heating system.Analysis shows that heating systems with PCM layers can improve thermal comfort and building energy efficiency compared to electrically heated floor radiant heating systems without phase change material layers.By studying the influence of different phase change materials thickness and heating power on the floor radiant heating system,we hope to find the best matching electric heating floor heating system.
