This paper takes the university buildings in Xinjiang as the research object,and focuses on the wind and energy resources in Xinjiang,the wind power and the optoelectronic surplus,which lead to the abandonment of wind and the phenomenon of light abandonment.Combined with the government of Xinjiang to promote the“electrification”of Xinjiang The policy support of heating,research and analysis from the aspects of technology,experimental test and benefit,considers that the electric heating technology form is a new type of controllable and measurable heating method,which is satisfied compared with the centralized hot water heating system in the form of traditional coal-fired boilers.Heating requirements and indoor personnel activities can reduce energy consumption,improve primary energy utilization,reduce heating costs,reduce pollutant emissions,etc,and have broad application prospects and can be used.The use of electric heating technology in college buildings can provide solutions for local consumption of power surplus in Xinjiang,and can also alleviate the phenomenon of abandoning wind and abandoning wind.Firstly,the acceptance results of the university building electric heating demonstration project in Urumqi will be tested in the field during the coldest month on the heating effect and operation mode of the classroom heating cable radiant heating system of the high-rise dormitory building and another demonstration project.The result is the cable floor radiant heating system achieves good heating and good thermal stability.The operation mode of the dormitory building is mode one,the heating temperature is set at 20℃.Because the outdoor temperature is low at the initial stage of the experiment,the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is as large as 33℃,and the experimental room temperature reaches 18℃in 14.5 hours.After that,the indoor temperature is maintained at 18℃,the maximum is 20.6℃.When the heating system of the experimental room is running at low temperature,the room temperature of a model experimental room drops from 20.07℃to 19.21℃,and the temperature fluctuates by 0.86℃within 10 hours.The temperature rise is gentle in the early stage and the floating in the later stage is large.The room temperature of the second mode experiment room dropped from 20.52℃to 19.3℃,the temperature drop was 1.22℃for 11 hours,the temperature dropped to 18.43℃at 24:00,and the temperature dropped by 2.09℃within 15 hours.The temperature fluctuation during the temperature drop process is gentle,and the second operation mode is better than the first operation mode.The temperature drop experiment of the same system form classroom showed that after the system was completely shut down,it was put into use from 09:00 to 20:00,and the intermediate classroom temperature dropped from 21.5℃to 20.31℃within 11 hours,and the temperature drop was 1.19℃.Take a school district as an example to analyze the adaptability of electric heating in college buildings for the purpose of building a dormitory and a teaching building.The analysis shows that in addition to the centralized heat storage electric boiler heating system,the other electric heating technology heating system is compared with the coal-fired,gas-fired boiler and cogeneration heating system,the annual cost is generally lower than the latter,electric heating technology heating The system occupies a certain advantage in the annual cost.If the school district adopts any one of electric heater,ground source heat pump,air source heat pump,heating cable,distributed heat storage boiler electric heating and heating mode,and centralized coal-fired boiler form In contrast,the annual heating costs can be achieved with good savings,and the electric heater cost savings are significant;the estimated cost savings for each form are 140.51,115.22,107.33,88.14,and108.22 million,respectively.The form of electric heating technology has good economic benefits both in dormitory construction and in teaching building heating.During a heating season,the use of a heat pump electric heating system with a cold-heat operation at a lower temperature than the normal temperature is expected to save 950.4 tons of standard coal,and the direct electric heating form can save 4282.8tons of standard coal.Compared with the coal-fired boiler room heating system,when the clean energy or renewable energy is used as the power supply for the electric heating system,the greenhouse gas emission reduction for the dormitory and the teaching building in the first phase of the campus is estimated to be 14363.4 tons,SO2 is 58.61tons,NOx is 25.1 tons,and suspended particulate matter is 12.99 tons.Finally,based on the above results,the design scheme of the local dormitory building of the campus is proposed.The design heating scheme of the dormitory building is determined to be the heating cable ground radiant heating system plus the computer intelligent centralized control system.The operation plan can be divided into working day and holiday work status.The work day is 20:00 to 09:00 on the next day,the room temperature is set at 20℃,and the heating system continues to operate at normal temperature;09:00-20:00,the room temperature is set to 5℃,the heating system maintains low temperature operation.The holiday work state is low temperature operation(5℃).
