The Analysis And Research Of The Technology For Energy Saving Project Benefit Station Of Qingyuan District

District heating as one of the urban infrastructure,it has irreplaceable position.But now because of the district heating system control regulation of irrational and the lack of self-control equipment,it caused a lot of energy waste and environmental pollution.So in order to implement the national energy-saving emission reduction policies need to carry out energy-saving central heating system transformation.This paper is based on the basic theory of heating engineering.The first,there has a brief introduction of the current situation and existing problems in Qingyuan district central heating system,the paper puts forward the preliminary scheme of energy saving reconstruction aim at the problems.The second,according to the energy-saving renovation program put forward specific heating system operation adjustment program.In the temperature control scheme,it will conduct a reasonable time period division on the local historical weather basis,the relationship between the outdoor temperature and the temperature of the secondary water supply and return water is calculated by the control regulation model deduced,according to the operation principle of the electric control valve,the relationship between the outdoor temperature and the opening degree of the primary electric control valve is calculated,it will make the district heating system realize the real demand heating,energy saving and economical operation adjustment after reconstruction.The last i will give a specific program after the installation of the inverter on the circulation pump and make up the pump control regulation,it will realize save energy and stable operation.At the end of the paper,i will make a practical error analysis to find the influencing factors and give the solution.The energy-saving transformation of the total investment of the estimated value of energy-saving and energy-saving transformation of the economic and social benefits and made an evaluation,The results show that the energy-saving renovation project is a useful project that can improve people's living environment and save energy and avoid economic loss.Finally,i will propose a development trend of time-sharing proposed zoning control according to the type of building Qingyuan region.
