| Road traffic plays an irreplaceable role in life practice.The economic level has developed vigorously and the national transportation industry has been vigorously developed.This paper takes a highway in Xinjiang as the research background and studies the mechanical characteristics of the road structure.In Xinjiang,the high temperature and low rainfall in summer,in this case,the elastic modulus of the pavement structural material will be reduced,the viscoelastic characteristics of the asphalt mixture will be enhanced,and the rutting phenomenon will easily occur under the action of heavy load.The rut is a high-incidence area in Xinjiang,which not only causes damage to the road surface,but also has a major hidden danger to the driver’s driving safety,and also reduces driving comfort.Therefore,through the analysis and analysis of the mechanical properties of the pavement structure,the conclusions are drawn and the technical reference for highway construction in Xinjiang is provided.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)First of all,this paper starts with the temperature field research,embeds the temperature sensor at different depths of the test section,and builds the equipment storage room.The temperature data is extracted later,and the appropriate temperature prediction model is selected to establish a local temperature field prediction model in line with Xinjiang.The model selected in this paper is more consistent with the measured values in the field and can be used as normal data.(2)On the basis of the temperature field,different thermal physical properties of the road structural materials were used to analyze the temperature stress of the structure using finite element software.The experimental results were consistent with the actual stress conditions.(3)At high temperatures,the surface layer uses a viscoelastic model to study and analyze the rutting.In the case of the same environmental conditions,the layer elastic constitutive relation is used to study the road rut.For the two cases,the constitutive relationship of viscoelasticity is more in line with the actual situation.(4)In this paperv the research and analysis of pavement ruts are carried out in terms of rutting axle,high temperature and axle weight.Statistics on the traffic volume of a certain expressway,calculating the depth of the rut and comparing with the specifications,preliminary analysis of the depth of the road rut,and preparing for the repair of the late rapid maintenance. |
