The pothole damage has become a major factor affecting the service level of asphalt pavement in China.Cold pacth asphalt mixture has been favored by road maintenance departments because of its simple construction process,energy conservation and environmental protection.Nowadays,the use of cold pacth asphalt mixture for pothole damage repair has achieved remarkable results,but most of the research focused on the development of cold pacth asphalt mixture materials and pothole damage repair technology,there is no more unified standard in the performance evaluation of cold pacth asphalt mixture.In view of this,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of cold pacth asphalt mixture,proposes a cold pacth asphalt mixture design method,and proposes a new cold pacth asphalt mixture performance evaluation index and test method by self-matching cold pacth asphalt mixture.In addition,the variation law of the force state under the influence of different factors is analyzed by the method of finite element method.This paper points out the common problems and causes of cold pacth asphalt mixture,clarifies the performance required for cold pacth asphalt mixture and qualitatively analyzes the influence of various factors on the performance of cold pacth asphalt mixture,and sorts out the evaluation method of cold pacth asphalt mixture performance at the present stage.In the study,the raw materials required for cold pacth asphalt mixture were selected by ourselves,and the basic properties of raw materials were tested.The optimum dosage of additives was optimized,and the design method of cold pacth asphalt mixture ratio was proposed.Based on the self-prepared cold pacth asphalt mixture,the gyration compaction test was used to evaluate the compactness of the cold pacth asphalt mixture;through the slump test to evaluate the workability of cold patch asphalt mixture,the problem of subjective arbitrariness in judging workability of cold patch asphalt mixture has been changed;the high temperature stability and water stability of cold pacth asphalt mixture are determined by the Hamburg rutting test.Finally,by establishing a typical finite element model of pavement structure,the stress conditions of pothole under different depths,different elastic moduli and different aspect ratios are analyzed.By changing the aspect ratio of the pothole plane,the stress state of different aspect ratios is compared and analyzed,and the reasonable size of the pothole repair is proposed.The force of the pothole under the influence of cold pacth asphalt mixturestock with different elastic modulus was studied,and the cold pacth asphalt mixture with reasonable elastic modulus was determined.The shearing test method was used to verify the shear resistance of two interface bonding materials.According to the above research results,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection of materials and processes for asphalt pavement pothole damage repair.
