With the rapid development of China's economy,the market demand for cranes continues to increase,crane metal structure for riveting parts,manufacturing simple,has the ability to produce cranes many manufacturers,fierce market competition,cranes from major,procurement of welded metal structure used in steel plate accounted for more than 1/3 of the cost,Therefore,the optimization design of crane metal structure can reduce the cost of crane well,make the crane have better price advantage and improve the market competitiveness.In this paper,the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the general-purpose gantry crane,because the particle swarm algorithm has the problem of optimizing the complex problems of large dimensions,the particle swarm algorithm is improved to obtain the DA?PSO algorithm,and the metal structure of the door frame of the portal crane is optimized by using DA?PSO.Based on the C # development platform this paper integrates the above process to develop general Gantry crane optimization design software.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Learning and studying particle swarm algorithm,this paper puts forward two strategies of linear change weight,ladder change weight,step change learning factor,three improvement of parallel optimal value and partition grid,enhances the ability of particle swarm algorithm to solve complex problems of large dimension,and uses a variety of test functions and engineering examples to prove the feasibility of improving the method.(2)In order to further improve the performance of particle swarm algorithm to optimize the complex problems of large dimensions,a DA?PSO algorithm is proposed,using parallel strategy,combined with differential evolutionary algorithm(DE)and artificial swarm algorithm(ABC),to construct a population update model of differential evolutionary algorithm,artificial swarm algorithm and particle swarm algorithm parallel operation.An improved mixed particle swarm algorithm(DA?PSO)based on parallel strategy is proposed,and its performance is verified by test function and engineering example,and the results show that the DA?PSO algorithm has high precision and good stability when the complex problem of large dimension is optimized.(3)Based on the limit state method and the allowable stress method,the mathematical model of optimal design of general Gantry Crane is constructed,which conforms to the trend of optimization design.(4)Combining the DA?PSO algorithm with the general Door Crane optimization Design model,based on the C # platform to develop the general Gantry Crane optimization design software,so that the general door crane design,optimization is more concise,friendly,intuitive and convenient.
