In recent years,the development trend of the logistics industry is fierce.Through the deeper integration and upgrading of the entire logistics industry,standardization,scale and synergy have become the new trend and new trend of the industry development.As a kind of conventional bulk material conveying equipment,the vertical screw conveyor has a very high usage rate in some special ports for bulk cargo handling and is widely used.Vertical screw conveyors have a lot of problems in their use.Common problems are as follows: lower conveying efficiency,lower energy usage,prone to material blockage and easy breakage of particles,etc.Many other problems are urgently needed to be solved,so there is an increasing demand for the design of vertical screw conveyors.In this paper,the conveying process of the vertical screw conveyor is analyzed and studied.The conveying process of the vertical screw conveyor is discussed from the theoretical analysis.The simulation analysis software was used as a tool to simulate the vertical spiral conveyor conveying process.The vertical spiral conveyor feeding process and the vertical conveying process were simulated respectively.The meso and micro characteristics of the material conveying process were observed,and the operating parameters were observed.For the influence of the vertical screw conveyor's working performance,the static analysis and modal analysis of the spiral body of the vertical screw conveyor were carried out by the finite element software in the vertical conveying process.Finally,the inherentity of the vertical screw conveyor spiral was obtained from the analysis results.Frequency and dangerous parts.Then,the parameters affecting the performance of the vertical screw conveyor are optimized.Firstly,the performance parameters to be optimized and the performance indexes to be optimized are selected.The simulation parameters are used to obtain the parameters under the performance parameters of each group.The performance index and the test method are designed by orthogonal test method,which can reduce the number of tests and obtain experimental data efficiently.After using the modeling software to establish the model of the vertical screw conveyor,the discrete element simulation of the vertical screw conveyor is carried out according to the designed test conditions.After the simulation,the performance indexes of each group under the performance parameters are obtained.Value.Then the response surface model of each performance index is established,and the objective function model based on various performance parameters is selected by selecting the appropriate function form.Finally,the Matlab toolbox is used to optimize the function model,and the optimized solution is obtained.In contrast,the optimization effect is significant.The measurement of the delivery volume of vertical screw conveyor is studied.A vertical spiral conveyor based on stripe projection is designed for the defects of existing measurement methods.The linear weighing conveyor based on stripe projection transforms the online weighing and weighing problem.The problem of stacking volume is measured online,and the non-contact measurement technology of digital grating projection is used to realize the weighing measurement of bulk materials.The stripe projection-based metering vertical screw conveyor accurately measures the instantaneous amount of material passing through the weighing bridge,making it ideal for applications where precise instantaneous quantities of material are required.
