Many caterpillars are commonly used in off-road conditions,which are very bad.The machine and its parts are subject to complicated forces when caterpillars are working.This has a huge impact on the vehicle itself and its accessories.In order to improve the above situation,mixed damping particles were filled in the cavity of the bogie wheel with holes in this study,so as to reduce the vibration impact on the bogie wheel.According to above problems,research work is as follows:1?Research the way of caterpillar vibration and damping treatment at home and abroad,what points out the roller vibration reduction is focused on the structure of the roller and the vehicle joint vibration,but vibration roller was seldom considered itself.So the topic in the combination of caterpillars vibration roller and damping treatment of particle damping vibration reduction,puts forward the new type of particle hybrid damping roller.2?The mechanism of particle energy dissipation and vibration reduction are analyzed from the perspective of dynamics,and particle collision energy dissipation and particle friction energy dissipation were theoretically analyzed respectively to obtain particle motion equation and energy dissipation equation.On this basis,the whole vehicle buffering model and damping bogie wheel buffering model of caterpillars are established,and the damping expression of the system is derived based on D' Alembert principle,which makes preparation for the analysis of damping characteristics.3?Damping roller is a new type of structure,and it has not been used in practice,so it is necessary to verify its mechanical properties.And the impact of particles on the mechanical properties of the roller is very small or even no,so you can use software to check the strength of the roller with holes in three different conditions to determine whether to meet the requirements of use.4?The influence of particle parameters of mixed particles on vibration reduction effect of damping bogie wheel was studied.The buffering performance of the particle mixed damping roller and the traditional rigid roller under three different working conditions was compared and analyzed by simulation to verify the feasibility of the vibration damping buffering of the particle mixed damping roller.The results show that the vibration amplitude ratio of the damping bogie wheel is obviously decreased under the working conditions of the bulldozer,and the vibration impact of the bulldozer is effectively buffered.
