Performance Research On BYD Industry Chain Integration

As a traditional manufacturing industry,the automobile industry needs a large amount of capital and has a high threshold for technology access.With the development of China’s economy,the demand for automobiles in China’s market is becoming more and more vigorous,which makes the competition among automobile manufacturers more and more fierce.In addition,due to the increasing number of automobiles,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.The exhaust emissions of traditional energy vehicles lead to serious air pollution,so many automobile enterprises choose to develop clean type.Energy vehicles.Premier Li Keqiang also pointed out his support for the development of new energy vehiclesin 2014.Since then,the new energy vehicles have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.This paper takes the rapid development of new energy vehicles as the background,takes BYD Company as an example,and takes the industrial chain integration of BYD new energy vehicles as the breakthrough point to study BYD’s corporate performance.This paper studies the impact of financial indicators and comprehensive indicators on the performance of enterprises during the period of industrial chain integration,and constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation system by using empirical analysis.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the development process of BYD’s industrial chain integration,and analyzes the motivation of BYD’s industrial chain integration by studying the internal and external environment of BYD’s new energy automobile development.Secondly,the financial index analysis method is used to analyze the solvency,operation ability,profitability and development ability of the BYD industry chain during the integration period,and the group analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to evaluate the performance of BYD industry chain integration in recent years.Then we use the ideal solution to test the closeness between the performance value and the ideal value of each year,and then analyze the performance of BYD’s industrial chain integration.The overall performance of BYD’s new energy automobile industry after the integration of the industrial chain shows an upward trend.Through the analysis of the stages of industrial chain integration and the motivation and external environment,this paper concludes the advantages and disadvantages of industrial chain integration,and puts forward some rationalization suggestions based on theoretical and empirical research,hoping to play a reference role for other new energy automobile enterprises in the industry chain integration.
