Along with the trend of the international crude oil price growth and environmental protection demands,traffic as carbon emitters around the natural key breakthrough crucial areas in the future,the development of new energy automotive industry is more and more get the attention of the international and national from tax policy,research and development,technology and market development provide greater support for the industry,new energy automobile industry as an emerging industry,In the high-speed economic development today,after the research and development and the exploration stage,while the new energy automotive industry chain has a highly globalization,industry strong radioactive,great depth of thinking changes,but the new energy car companies has been a restriction on the upstream and downstream industry chain,chain,value chain and supply chain in the space have some deficiencies,Therefore,the integration of related enterprises in the industrial chain,rational optimization of resource allocation,and the realization of scientific division of labor and professional operation of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,therefore,a key trend in the subsequent development is to comprehensively integrate the industrial chain,and how micro enterprises integrate the industrial chain has also become a research topic.Therefore,this paper makes the following analysis: First,it sorts out the development,technology status and industrial development overview of the global new energy vehicle industry,as well as the characteristics and existing problems of the new energy vehicle industry chain.Secondly,it summarizes the representative mode of the integration of the new energy vehicle industry chain and its motivation.Finally,this paper selects BYD,a representative car company of industrial chain integration,as the micro-case study object,adopts grounded theory research method to analyze the process of vertical integration of industrial chain.Through the analysis experience summarization method and grounded case study method,the model and path of BYD’s industrial chain integration are summarized.identifies the activities of enterprises to realize internal and external value,and summarizes the characteristics of industrial chain integration of enterprises to study its different changing modes in different stages of industrial chain integration,and put forward the mode,motivation and consequences of new energy vehicle industry chain integration.After in-depth analysis of the industrial chain integration mode of the representative enterprises of new energy vehicles,a vertical integration model of the new energy vehicle industry is constructed,which has certain reference value for the integration and optimization of my country’s new energy vehicle industry chain.This paper studies the motivation and path of new energy vehicle industrial chain integration,not only further enrich the theoretical research and practice of industrial chain integration,but also has positive guiding significance for new energy vehicle enterprises to achieve industrial chain integration,obtain long-term development of the market,and create sustainable advantages.
