Switching power supply system is an important component of distribution network automation terminal,power failure and other failures in the power grid,it must be able to continue to supply power for the terminal equipment to ensure that relay protection and fault detection and other actions are not affected.Therefore,the study of super capacitor energy storage switching power supply system has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Therefore,it is very important to study the power supply system of battery energy storage,which,has difficulty in maintenance,poor temperature characteristics and short service life.According to the performance and index requirements,put forward a super capacitor energy storage switching power supply system program.Power supply system mainly by the AC-DC conversion circuit,super capacitor buck charging circuit,boost discharge circuit and super capacitor module composed of four parts.In normal operation,AC-DC converter circuit directly for the distribution network automation terminal to provide a stable DC voltage,while the step-down conversion into a super capacitor group for multi-mode charging when a power failure,the super capacitor module through the boost discharge circuit Continue to supply power to the distribution network automation terminal.By analyzing the relationship between the lower voltage of the super capacitor and the energy required for the autom,atic terminal when the power is lost,the design method of the super capacitor capacity is obtained.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the clamp circuit in the AC-DC circuit,And the design method of the parameters of the clamp circuit components is obtained by using the clamp voltage index as the constraint condition.According to the characteristics of the super capacitor charging circuit itself,a super capacitor multi-mode charge control circuit which can realize constant current,constant power and constant voltage is designed and researched,which improves the utilization rate and charging speed of the charging power supply capacity,and solves the drawbacks of the single charging model the to super capacitor.Through the analysis of the energy transfer process and the working mode and the maximum output ripple voltage of the boost converter,the inductance and output filtering in the whole dynamic range are obtained Capacitor optimization design method to ensure that the super capacitor in the lower limit operating voltage,the switching power supply system can still output a stable voltage,improve the super capacitor storage energy utilization.The prototype of the system is developed and the experimental platform is carried out.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the system scheme and the design method.
