Research On The Revival Strategy Of The Village Community In Urban Fringe Based On The Evaluation Of Public Sphere Elements

With the pushing of the new-type urbanization and the proposal of Rural Vitalization Strategy,improving the quality and level of urbanization and realizing urban-rural integration development become important issues in the field of urban planning.However,in reality,there are still contradictions between the speed and quality of urbanization development and the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas.As a result of the specific stage of urbanization,The village community in urban fringe,as a region closely related to the countryside and most significantly affected by urban development,is a bridge between urban and rural areas,and plays an important role in solving the above contradictions.Under the new urban-rural relationship,the contradiction between rapid urbanization and the decline of The village community in urban fringe has become increasingly prominent,and the need for community revival has become increasingly urgent,but they are generally facing the development dilemma of governance difficulties,loss of vitality and insufficient motivation for revival.The purpose of this paper is to solve the development dilemma faced by the village community in urban fringe,prevent it from evolving into a urban village,promote the revival of it,and promote the integration of urban and rural development.Based on the above-mentioned purposes,this paper argues that the development ideas of "emphasizing space and neglecting society" in the past need to be changed.Based on the intrinsic value and characteristics of community,the elements of public sphere in community should be excavated and integrated to promote the two-way flow of urban and rural elements,so as to improve the quality of community and promote community revival.Therefore,this paper introduces the idea of "public sphere" and explores the path of revitalization of the village community in urban fringe through the evaluation of public sphere elements.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts:Part I: Analysis of the current situation.This paper studies the spatial characteristics,land use characteristics,economic characteristics and social characteristics of the village community in urban fringe,explores the dilemma faced by the development of the community,and introduces the idea of "public sphere" as the idea of revival of he village community in urban fringe.The research holds that the idea of "public sphere" is in accordance with the theory and method of the revival of the village community in urban fringe,and the elements of public sphere should be taken as an important clue to the revival of it.Part II: Element identification.Firstly,through meta-analysis method,the paper analyzes the relevant literature of public sphere in multi-disciplines,identify the elements of public sphere of the village community in urban fringe,and establish an index system.Secondly,the paper analyzes the elements of public sphere in the urban fringe village community with the case of representative study of it.The analysis shows that the elements of public sphere actually exist in the village community in urban fringe,and puts forward the role of the elements of public sphere in the revival of it.Part III: Element evaluation.Firstly,the universal evaluation system is established,and the weights of evaluation indexes are determined by expert scoring method and AHP.Secondly,the applicability of the evaluation system is emphasized.Taking Jingkou community as a case study,the index system and index weights are checked by questionnaires and factor analysis method,and the comprehensive weights are determined,and then the public sphere elements of Jingkou community are evaluated.Finally,the applicability of public sphere factor evaluation in the revival of the village community in urban fringe is analyzed.Part IV: Path construction.This paper puts forward the application logic of public sphere element evaluation in the revival of the village community in urban fringe,to improve community quality by exploring the value of public sphere element and to promote community revival by strengthening the process of revival.Taking Jingkou community as an example,this paper puts forward specific strategies for the revival of the village community in urban fringe from two aspects: activating the community public sphere factor resources and strengthening the implementation process.
