The development and utilization of new energy is an effective way to solve the problems of global energy shortage and environmental pollution.Among many forms of new energy,wind energy and solar energy has become the key research object with its characteristics,such as rich resources,access to simple,non-polluting.Wind and light power generation is the most effective way to utilize the two new energy sources.Wind energy and solar energy can be stored and distributed by the power generation system,making the energy can be used more effectively.The biggest disadvantage of wind and light power generation is low energy conversion rate,low power generation efficiency.To solve the problem of power generation efficiency is the focus of new energy power generation.In this paper,the principle of wind and light power generation is briefly described.According to the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells and wind turbines,the power control strategy is studied.By comparing the best maximum power point tracking(MPPT)algorithm,and the algorithm is analyzed and improved.Then,according to the actual choice of the algorithm and the actual power generation demand,respectively,the design of the MPPT controller of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation,the MPPT controller can achieve maximum power point tracking,improving photovoltaic cells or wind turbines output power,and it could communicate with other devices,battery protection and other functions.The wind-solar hybrid power generation system can be formed through the controller,inverter and other equipment together after completing the controller design;Wind solar hybrid power generation can weaken the influence of environmental factors on power generation by which energy storage and grid connection can be realized.In this paper,a residential community is chosen as the design site,and the system can not only meet the energy needs of the residents,but also transmit power to the external network.The article design the monitoring system based on generation system to ensure the stability of the power generation process based on the previous wind solar hybrid power generation system,which includes the communication of monitoring system,PC monitoring software and remote monitoring,by using the combined way of wired and wireless to ensure smooth communication;The real-time display,fault monitor and query can be realized through the upper machine;The monitoring system can also upload data to the Internet through yeelink to realize the network query of data.
