In recent years,with the development of high-speed railway and the increase of railway construction scale,accidents such as collapse,collapse,rock burst,water inrush and radioactive repeatedly occurred in the process of railway tunnel construction,causing serious economic losses and casualties.The main reason is that the risk consciousness of construction is not strong and the concept is not enough.Based on the above main reasons,this paper uses literature review method,expert investigation method and case analysis method,to analyze the current research status of tunnel construction safety risk management.Based on the basic theory of risk management,this paper studies the risk management in the construction stage of D-QinLing Tunnel of Xi’an-Chengdu High-Speed Railway.The main contents are as follows:According to the characteristics of the tunnel,which is located in the fold belt.of qinling mountains,crossing multiple faults,long tunnel,complex and changeable geological conditions,high in-situ stress,large buried depth and large water wealth,etc.,the expert investigation method was adopted to analyze and conclude the main risk factors of the tunnel are instability collapse,collapse,deformation,water inrush(mud)accident,rock burst,radioactive anomaly,environmental damage,construction period and cost increase,etc.established the risk index system of D-QinLling Tunnel.Based on the risk index system,themain risk factors of D-QinLing Tunnel were evaluated,and the risk levels were divided.Depending on the risk level and acceptance criteria,risk events with a risk level of"height"and"extremely highr"need to take appropriate risk measures to reduce the risk level.Focus on establishing risk control institutions during the construction process,adopting effective construction technology risk management measures,control measures and risk management measures to reduce the probability of major safety risk events occurring during tunnel construction and avoid the occurrence of major construction accidents in tunnel construction.The research results can provide references for risk management of other tunnel engineering and data for the establishment of high-speed railway tunnel construction risk management database,which has important engineering significance and scientific theoretical value.
