Research On Project Cost Management Of A Rail Vehicle

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the total demand for rail vehicle transportation projects in cities has increased,and China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises have also ushered in new development and growth.In this optimum period of the development of rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,the competition is becoming more and more fierce.If rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises want to improve their competitiveness,obtain a stable market and enhance their economic benefits in the fierce market environment,they must introduce project management based on cost control as an advanced management means to lead enterprises,in order to meet the needs of the new industry development.This paper takes the project management of A rail vehicle in XX rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature analysis,system analysis and combination of theoretical analysis and practice,puts forward specific project cost control scheme,aiming at improving the core competitiveness of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprise.Firstly,the paper summarizes the current situation of project management of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises,analyses the main problems in project cost management of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises,and clarifies the importance of project cost management.Secondly,through summarizing,summarizing and analyzing the waste manifestations of A-rail vehicle project,from the point of view of project cost control,this paper puts forward a reasonable calculation method of raw materials and artificial working hours.By using the realistic working rhythm,the working procedures of each station are re-divided,the production rhythm is balanced,and the workshop process is optimized.Layout,design new manufacturing route,achieve production line fluidization operation,realize the optimal allocation of resources.Finally,starting from the operation stages of project planning,implementation and completion,the cost optimization scheme of project A material,labor and production process based on cost control is proposed.It provides a reasonable and scientific reference for the effective cost control of railway vehicle projects.
