Interior Space Design Of Wheel Motor Driven Small EV

With the development of technology and the aggravation of environmental and energy problems,new requirements for vehicle interior space have been put forward.In recent years,the development of new energy technology and the improvement of the ancillary facilities have accelerated the research and development of electric vehicles.As commodities,they are serving for more people.In addition to the driving mode,the consumer also expects the electric vehicle to break through the limitation of the interior space design of the traditional fuel vehicle.However,at present,the research on the interior space design of the electric vehicle is still less.From the aspect of industrial design,this paper studies the interior space design of wheel motor driven small electric vehicle,with human behavior the starting point,putting forward new ideas for the research of small electric vehicle interior space to meet user needs and to provide better service for consumers.The research of this paper is illustrated from the following aspects:(1)This paper analyzes and summarizes the theories of human behavior,and introduces the interior space design from the perspective of human behavior in four aspects namely sense,control,scene and behavior.Combining with the analysis of the external influential factors of human behavior,the style of the vehicle is initially determined.To optimize the layout of the inner space,behavior-based analysis is later conducted to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the initial design.(2)The design elements of the interior space are studied.First,conclude the characteristics of the hub motor-driven electric vehicles by comparing the layout of fuel vehicles and electric vehicles.Second,analyze and explain in detail the structure and function,and the development process and trend of the small electric vehicles.(3)According to the characteristics of the small electric vehicles as well as the current human behavior-based industrial design research outcomes,the design thinking,design methods and design process of the inter space of small electric vehicles are determined.(4)Carry out design practice based on the previous study of human behavior.First,obtain the target users’ portrait through interview and questionnaire.Then,apply scene-based design and process-based design to discover the users’ pain points,so as to realize people-oriented design.Finally,fulfill the interior space design of the vehicle based on the preliminary research and analysis results.
