| The lithium battery test requires the operator detection process observation window observation by lithium battery test box,such as abnormal state,the operator must take timely measures to cut off the power,stop heating,such as flame,but also with a hand-held fire extinguishers.Therefore,the test has many security risks,the possibility of fire and explosion at any time there are tests,resulting in many security problems and accidents,threatening the safety of operating personnel and property losses caused by the company.To solve this problem,first of all,this paper mainly analyzes the lithium battery thermal runaway and fire extinguishing technology.Secondly,the integrated multi-sensor is used to monitor the fire inside the test box.Then,through the open and close proximity switch,the electromagnetic lock to achieve test box door;the electromagnetic valve,pressure switch to realize fire extinguishing device startup and feedback;with sound and light alarm to the alarm,to the potential early warning,early warning,all-round monitoring of fire,the fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing.Finally,through the configuration and development of the upper monitoring software of SCADA system,the system uses the upper and lower computer cooperation mode.Taking S7-1200 PLC as the lower computer processing core,test box is responsible for collecting field data;using WinCC as the host monitoring software configuration tools,through a series of typical configuration interface,design variables to data processing and archiving,archiving,alarm monitoring and fault diagnosis,system and remote control solenoid valve to fire and other means,the test box site layout,test data and alarm information visually displayed to the operator In addition,the remote monitoring of the running process of the test box is realized by configuring the Web Server.The scheme has good feasibility and practicability,and has application value in the lithium battery test chamber. |
