With the acceleration of industrialization and the implementation of environmental protection policies,the number and scale of industrial parks have increased year by year,where the original coal-fired power generating units are gradually replaced by the distributed energy system with natural gas as the main primary energy source.However,in recent years,new gas and power policies have been issued one after another and the changes of electricity and natural gas prices in the new policies lead to the current economic benefits of distributed energy stations being far less than that in the initial stage of construction.Therefore,energy stations have to optimize energy supply strategies to ensure normal operation.In the process of optimization,how to meet the needs of users,whether the energy station has economic advantages compared with the user-generated energy supply,and how to design the optimal supply strategy of terminal energy to maximize the economic benefits of both sides have become important problems to energy stations.Based on the basic architecture of distributed energy supply system,this paper studies the waste heat utilization mode and terminal energy supply strategy mode of distributed energy station,and puts forward four basic assumptions for the research of terminal energy supply strategy.Production efficiency model is put forward respectively for the distributed energy station and users,following the principle of independence,circulation,restriction of modeling.Furthermore,the optimal terminal energy supply strategy model of distributed energy station is established,which takes the maximization of economic benefits of both parties as optimization objective function,load demand and product price as constraints,and raw material cost and price of electricity as variables,and the algorithm flow of strategy optimization model is proposed.Based on the terminal energy supply strategy model of distributed energy station,the paper selects station A and industrial park B in southern China as the research object for case analysis,putting forward three terminal energy supply scheme of districted energy station,namely the CHP?sell electricity to the grid+supply steam?scheme,?sell electricity to the grid+supply electric refrigeration cold+supply steam?scheme and?sell electricity to the grid+supply steam refrigeration cold+supply steam?scheme.Excel VBA was used to compile the solver program according to the proposed algorithm flow and different schemes are recommended according to the cooling capacity.According to the ideas of both ends opening,interconnection,interaction and dynamic feedback,the critical value of steam price under respective economic benefit targets is studied respectively when the energy station and users are independent of each other.Considering the restraining effect of steam supply distance in the transaction interaction between supply and demand,the dynamic balance between the change of steam selling price threshold and the supply distance is deeply analyzed.In addition,six Suggestions of energy supply strategy were proposed to provide theoretical guidance for the case to cope with the complex and changeable market and policy environment,and to verify the effectiveness of the model and the solver program.
