Based on the real-time data of the monitoring platform of heat source,heat network and heat users of a heating group in jinan,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the energy consumption status and operation scheme of the heat source production,heat network transmission and distribution,heat transfer station in the community and the building in the heating area.Thermoelectric group heating piping,heat exchanger station is studied,and the characteristics of the user and the existing problems,the implementation of the central heating heat source,the heat-supply network as a whole the supply base load,but due to the national policy for energy conservation and emissions reduction requirements,strict limits on coal for coal quantity per year,group face heat source factory coal-fired heat shrinking the economy,in the heat source factory direct construction load of heat,high operation cost,can’t adjust the precision of terminal load,variable load is put forward to upgrade heat exchanger station for power station,after the upgrade of power station precision peak shaving,heating,The technical route,process flow,construction plan and peak load of peak adjustment are studied comprehensively.The energy consumption indexes of non-energy saving buildings,one-step energy saving buildings,two-step energy saving buildings,three-step energy saving buildings and four energy saving buildings of thermal power co.,LTD were comprehensively analyzed,and the indoor heat transfer problem was analyzed,and the reason why the actual heat load in jinan was higher than the calculated heat load was discussed.In a heat source factory building gas peak shaving facilities and upgraded the heat exchange station for energy station heat load adaptation conditions of contrast analysis,fully tap the existing heat exchanger station transforming potential,implementation of district heat exchanger station a single heat transfer functions to upgrade energy station fill hot,explore energy station after upgrade dynamic heating system and the mode of the combination of high temperature water and stable operation.Overall analysis of a variety of new energy forms in the community to play its terminal flexibility advantage.The primary heat source is the basic heat source,which bears the basic load of heating network and makes accurate peak adjustment in the heat exchange station,which can not only reduce the pressure of the central heat source,relieve the peak value of heat network transmission and distribution,but also improve the heating capacity and safety and reliability of the network.Peak-shaving adopts clean energy such as natural gas and electricity,and analyzes and studies the low nitrogen combustion of natural gas,air source heat supplement and other related technologies,which lays a good foundation for the sustainable development of the clean heat network of a heating power group in Jinan.
