Bridge standardization,industrialization and informatization are the new development trend of bridge industry nowadays.The traditional construction method of assembled steel plate composite girder bridge is not conducive to rapid construction and information management.Based on building information modeling,each link of bridge construction can be interrelated.Give full play to the advantages of BIM information integration and realize the integration of design,construction and operation management.Based on this,this paper combined BIM technology with assembled steel plate composite girder bridge,which is parameterized design and applied in Revit software,and visualized virtual analysis is carried out in conjunction with other software.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The research status of steel plate composite girder bridge,prefabricated assembly technology and BIM technology is summarized,which can be used in bridge BIM software and the advantages and disadvantages of each software are summarized.The construction advantages of assembly steel plate composite girder bridge based on BIM technology are elaborated,and the development trend and application difficulties of bridge BIM are analyzed.(2)The construction and prefabricated assembly technology of steel plate composite girder bridge are sorted out and summarized in detail,Some suggestions on the connection form of prefabricated lower components are put forward,and 4×20m double main girder is taked as an example,Basic dimensions and connection modes for upper and lower standardized structures suitable for assembly construction are proposed.(3)The parametric design process of assembled steel plate composite girder bridge based on Revit is proposed,The virtual analysis of the real environment of the bridge is also carried out.The BIM information classification and coding of the components of the assembled steel plate composite girder bridge are carried out,which provides a basis for the establishment of BIM information model.Based on Revit API,the software operation interface is redeveloped to meet the operation environment of steel plate composite girder bridge modeling.Standard families are created,parameter-driven BIM model of full bridge can be created quickly.(4)Based on Dynamo visual programming,parameter information values are input in batches,which improves the input efficiency of information integration.The BIM model is further analyzed and applied in combination with Lumion and Navisworks simulation analysis software.BIM substructure is imported into Abaqus Software to realize data interaction,and the stability of pier precast with 2 ×5 pier height is verified and analyzed.(5)With the help of Revit and Navisworks,the virtual construction method of steel plate composite girder bridge based on BIM technology is studied.Combining with the functions of Navisworks Manage information integration,collision detection and virtual construction,the method of creating 4D construction model of progress information is put forward,and the whole process of construction simulation is visualized.which can be used for BIM.The design and construction integration technology of steel plate composite girder bridge can be used for reference.
