| With the rapid development of social economy,the coverage rate of expressways in China has been greatly increased,and the car ownership has been constantly increasing,which has caused great pressure on the traffic of expressways and resulted in endless news about road congestion.At present,there are two main ways of expressway toll collection: MTC and ETC.To some extent,the artificial charge increases the cost and affects the efficiency of vehicles.Based on the "mechanical automation,informatization and non-cash payment technology",the research and development of a class of intelligent toll collection equipment used in expressway transportation will provide a new service mode for expressway owners and drivers,and help promote the construction of "intelligent transportation".Based on the domestic and foreign highway toll business development status,this article developed a PLC based highway automatic intelligent toll machine,through the design of hardware and software equipment,used man-machine interaction to complete the driver self-service payment.First of all,according to the scheme setting of expressway toll lanes and the traditional way of artificial toll collection,the action sequence and control requirements of the automatic intelligent toll collection machine are determined.At the same time,the function analysis and design of each main movement mechanism are carried out.In addition,relevant control circuits were designed according to the working conditions of equipment and control requirements,and the charging process was split for functional modularization research.The system completed the charging business by calling each independent functional module.Thereafter,PLC was used in control system design.Based on the system control requirements and condition analysis,the aritcle determined the system’s input/output points and address allocation,and used ladder diagram to programme.According to the design of the business system,the modular function definition was carried out.The interface protocol design of each module of equipment and software were completed according to the split business process,and the information interaction was completed through the interface protocol.As a result,the intelligent and automatic service of expressway toll was realized.At the end,Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 was adopted as the development platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database to develop the expressway automatic intelligent toll machine,under the windows7 operating system environment.Through the application of an expressway toll station in Zhejiang province,the feasibility and reliability of the equipment mentioned in this paper were verified.At the same time,an efficient scheme for expressway toll station exit lane was designed. |
