As an important part of contemporary medical development and clinical treatment,medical device products can simultaneously convey specific semantics to meet patient psychology under the premise of satisfying functional characteristics under the background of medical technology,scientific development and fierce market competition.Demand has become a new market demand.In order to cater to this market demand,the designed medical device products have stronger market competitiveness.By extracting the morphological design genes of medical products,the correspondence between product semantics and morphological design genes is established.On this basis,computers are used.Optimization of the auxiliary design has become the key to the design of medical products.In this paper,the relationship between product semantics and morphology is analyzed by using gastrointestinal machine as an example.Based on this,an optimal design model based on interactive genetic algorithm is built.In this way,the designer is provided with a product design optimization design idea to help the designer design a design solution that meets the market demand and the user's psychological needs.Firstly,the morphological analysis of medical device products is carried out from three aspects: morphological elements,functions and semantics.The semantic difference method,factor analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to extract the gastrointestinal machine semantic gene and morphological design gene.On this basis,a quantitative I-class theory was introduced to construct a mathematical model of the relationship between gastrointestinal machine semantic gene and morphological design gene.The mathematical model was solved by least squares method to obtain the relationship between gastrointestinal machine semantic gene and morphological design gene.Then,the optimal design model based on interactive genetic algorithm is constructed by chromosome coding and fitness function,and the construction idea of MATLAB is discussed.Finally,the gastrointestinal machine is taken as an example to optimize the design based on interactive genetic algorithm.After designing the design requirements,design coding and determining the initial population,and through the MATLAB operation program to achieve genetic operations such as mutation crossover,the optimal solution for designers and users isobtained.The optimal solution was modeled in the rhinoceros software,and the optimization results were evaluated using the fuzzy evaluation method.It is proved that the optimization model based on interactive genetic algorithm is feasible.
